Today is a few of my neighbor's birthdays, so they threw a potluck fiesta in honor of their Cinco de Mayo birthdays. Naomi got to enjoy a cupcake. Notice her very cute hat. She grabbed it before we went outside and put it on herself. She is a fashion diva.
