This morning we went to the zoo. I'm not sure the rhinos have ever looked prettier.
As it turns out, every Wednesday the zoo hosts an animal storytime. This week the feature animals was ducks.
We got to meet a duck named Bernie. The zoo worker demonstrated how if you spray water on the duck, it rolls right off. I couldn't help but think of my mom, who always told me to "be a duck" when someone said something that bothered me.
