Naomi had a lot of fun at Nana and Papa's house. She got these cool new shades.
She got to play in the pool almost every morning. She always knew it was coming, too. She wanted a swim diaper when you changed her in the morning. And every time we drove by the pool, she would get really excited and say "Pool! Pool!"
Here is the life jacket she loved to wear; except in the pool. When you're as little as Naomi, the only life jackets they have automatically flip you onto your back. It's great for an emergency, but not for regular swimming with Nana and Papa.
One day Naomi hoarded a bag of Cheetos. Every time anyone asked if they could have one, Naomi would refuse and cling onto the bag.

Naomi loved swimming by herself. It worked out great in the kiddie pool, but in the big pool, she just didn't get that she couldn't reach. She would get so frustrated when I tried to hold her; she wanted to swim by herself. I finally let her play on the steps where she could reach to a point, then she would step down a step where I would catch her. After that I think she realized why we had to hold her in the big pool and she seemed to prefer the kiddie pool after that.

It looks like you guys had a great time in Utah! We are glad you're back though...
We miss you even more ever time we walk by the pool. Can Naomi come back?
