baby bumbo

A friend of mine let me borrow her Bumbo for Emma. Here she is trying it out.

She tried out oatmeal and seemed to like it. Emma has had rice and oatmeal cereal now. She loves food. I can't eat anything while holding her without her trying to eat it, too.

B-day Party

Naomi got to go to a birthday party on Saturday. Here she is holding the treasure box for a game they played.

All the kids rummaged through a sand box to find coins to put in the treasure box. Once the treasure box was full...

They all got candy! Naomi had a lot of fun and is loving the candy "treasure".

Pool Party!

Friday night University Graduate Housing threw a free pool party. Naomi had a blast, even though it was rather chilly. We had a lot of hot and humid nights that week, so it was really too bad the night of the pool party it cooled down.

Naomi had fun playing with noodles and friends.

Kango

On Friday we went with some friends to Kango Play Center. Every so often they let people in for free if they post something about the place on facebook. We're always fans of free!

I let Naomi ride with Garfield. It was probably the greatest moment of her life.

Corbett's Glen

I'd been hearing all about this little place close to home called Corbett's Glen. Since everybody else had gone, we decided to check it out. I mean, who are we to not give in to peer pressure?

It was a fun little place, but next time we won't be taking our stroller. The path is plenty easy enough for a stroller, but you pretty much have to go off the path to see any of the pretty spots.
